2025 Fall Session Registration Opens Sunday, July 27 at 9 a.m.

2025 Vail Gymnastics Fall Session Info 

Flip into fall! Registration for fall recreational classes at the Vail Gymnastics Center opens on Sunday, July 27 at 9 a.m. at www.register.vailrec.com.

Sessions are six weeks in length. Toddler Open Gym and Adult Gymnastics will be available by individual drop-in registration only. Kids Open Gym is available for six-week registration as well as individual drop-in.

Fall Gymnastics Session 1 & Session 2

  • Session 1: September 2–October 10, 2025
  • Session 2: October 20–December 5, 2025

Closed for Eagle County School District Fall Break: October 13–17, 2025

Weekly Schedule

MONDAY

  • Girls Level 1 (5+): 3-4 p.m.
  • Co-Ed Level 1 Minis (4-6 yo): 3:50-4:40 p.m.
  • Mini Peaks: 4:40-6:10 p.m.
  • Adult Gymnastics: 7:30-8:30 p.m.

TUESDAY

  • Kids Open Gym: 3-3:50 p.m.
  • Girls Level 2: 3:50-5 p.m.

WEDNESDAY

  • Toddler Open Play: 10:45-11:30 a.m.
  • Girls Level 2: 3-4 p.m.
  • Co-Ed Tumble/Tramp: 3-3:50 p.m.
  • Co-Ed Level 1 Minis (4-6 yo): 3:50-4:40 p.m.

THURSDAY

  • Girls Level 1 & 2 Combined (6+): 3-4 p.m.
  • Boys Recreational 1-3: 3-4 p.m.

FRIDAY

  • Toddler Open Play: 10:45-11:30 a.m.

Girls And Boys Programs

For Ages 5 and Older

Classes feature 10 to 15 minutes of structured warm-up to improve flexibility, strength and endurance, followed by rotations to different stations for tumbling and use of the gymnastics equipment. Children will be grouped according to their age and skill level.

Girls Level 1 

1 Hour | 6-week sessions

Beginner gymnastics class for girls. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills in each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN!

Girls Level 2 

1 Hour to 1.5 hours | 6-week sessions

Beginner gymnastics class for girls who have achieved their level 1 skill requirements. These classes will open with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility. They will learn basic gymnastics skills in each Olympic event: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor along with Trampoline and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include: cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, cast, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping and agility movements, all while having FUN! 

Girls USAG Developmental Pre-team 

2 Hours 2x/Week | Invitation Only

This is a developmental program serving as a stepping stone from our recreational program to the competitive, USAG Developmental Team program. It is designed for the serious gymnast, the ones who not only have the talent but more importantly the desire to be a competitive gymnast someday. This is where the student will experience a more structured, more detailed approach to our instruction. By no means does this mean that the fun stops here. In all actuality, most find the Pre-Team developmental program very fun, challenging and satisfying! This class is by invitation only.

Boys Recreational Gymnastics 

1 Hour | 6-week sessions 

These classes begin with a fun warm-up and stretch, which will teach them the importance of flexibility as well as develop body awareness. They will learn all the areas of the gym and how to safely utilize the gym as they are introduced to the basic gymnastics skills in each Olympic event: Vault, Floor, High Bar, Pommel Horse/Mushroom, Rings, and Parallel Bars along with Tramp and Tumble-Track. Progressions and lead-ups are the key factors at this level. Some of the basic skills they will learn include cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pull-overs, casts, balancing skills, running, jumping, leaping, and agility movements, all while having FUN!

Trampoline & Tumbling

These coed classes teach basic trampoline and tumbling skills. Girls and boys will utilize the trampoline, foam pit and floor exercise to learn beginner skills and positions necessary to flip, jump and tumble safely.

Trampo & Tumble Beginner Class 

Tramp & Tumble Beginner Class

5-8 years old | 45 min | 6-week sessions

Classes include instruction on basic trampoline safety and tricks. It's the perfect opportunity for young skiers and snowboarders to perfect their tricks off the slope. The trampoline is a 7' x 14' in-ground trampoline connected to an 8' by 22' foam pit.

Tramp & Tumble Intermediate/Advanced Class

7 Years and Older | 45 min | 6-week sessions 

Classes include instruction on basic trampoline safety and tricks. It's the perfect opportunity for young skiers and snowboarders to perfect their tricks off the slope. The trampoline is a 7' x 14' in-ground trampoline connected to an 8' by 22' foam pit.
