Book Tee Times

The Vail Golf Club will open the Golf Shop and Practice Facilities on Friday, April 17th with daily hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The Vail Golf Club will open a nine (9) hole loop on Friday, April 24th with walking only play.

The Vail Golf Club anticipates opening all eighteen (18) holes under cart path only restriction on Friday, May 1st.

The Vail Golf Club anticipates all eighteen (18) holes without cart path restrictions on Friday, May 8th.

#5 - Green will be undergoing renovation on south side of the complex. Area will be deemed Ground Under Repair with relief required - estimated completion Early June.
#6 - Tee Box will be played off the forward tees until Early June dependent on the #6 bathrooms construction timeline. Temporary bathrooms will be available.
#7 - Upper Tee Box will be undergoing renovation with all play from the lower tee box - estimated completion in early June.
#17 - Tee Box will be undergoing renovation and be played off of a temporary tee - estimated completion in early June.

Greens aeration will occur on Monday, September 21st and Tuesday, September 22nd.
The Vail Golf Club DOES NOT allow fivesomes.
Children MUST be 6 years old to be on the golf course. No babies or toddlers under the age of 6 are allowed on the golf course.
Vail Golf Club DOES NOT allow pets on the golf course or driving range.
All single players choosing to take a golf cart WILL be paired with other available seats. The Vail Golf Club charges players per seat ($26 per seat - 18 holes, $18 per seat - 9 holes)

All tee times booked between 1-14 days are available to be booked through the website but REQUIRES PREPAYMENT.
All tee times booked outside of 14 days MUST be booked through the website and are available to book up to sixty (60) days in advance.
All Guest Tee times will be prepaid when using our website.
- All fees associated are fully refundable when cancelled or modified 24 hours prior to the tee time including the convenience fee ($20 per player which is associated to the cost when booking outside of 14 days)
All Guest Tee times outside of 14 days in which the players chooses to book through the Golf Shop will incur a non-refundable fee of $20 per player which varies from the fully refundable option when booked online.
Vail Residents may book tee times 14 days in advance to receive the Vail Resident Rate which is only active during our Peak Season and Fall Season (Friday, June 19th - Sunday, October 11th)
No single player bookings are allowed unless a single space is available within a tee time.
Players may book a maximum of four tee times through the website. All groups consisting of 17 or more players (5 groups or more) constitutes an group outing and requires a written contract. One additional golf cart is allowed for specators ($20 per person) per foursome.

Platinum Season Pass - Tee times may be booked 14 days at any time during the day.
Gold Season Pass and Punch Card - Tee times may be booked 10 days in advance at any time during the day.
Silver Season Pass and Punch Card - Tee times may be booked 7 days in advance at any time (Monday - Thursday). On Friday, Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays tee times may only be booked after 12:00 PM.
- These booking policies are also active for the Young Adult Pass.
Bronze Season Pass - Tee times may be booked 3 days in advance after 2:00 PM
