Though snowy runs bring thousands of ski and snowboard enthusiasts to the Vail Valley each winter, residents and guests engage in many of other forms of year-round recreation. The Vail Recreation District’s mission is to implement events, programs and facilities which ensure and enhance these recreational endeavors. Whether it’s a world-class running race or an introductory clinic for adults or youth, we’re committed to folks leaving with a smile and an experience of quality.
