Easter Egg Hunt

Families and their children, ages two to 10, are invited to join the Vail Recreation District for its annual free Easter Egg Hunt taking place Saturday, April 15 in Lionshead Village. 



Join us the week for pickleball clinics by Laura Fenton Kovanda! Laura is a professional pickleball player who will be doing clinics March 17-21 at Vail Mountain School and Red Sandstone Elementary School.

2017 Krueger Family Shamrock Shuffle Snowshoe Race

The sixth annual Vail Recreation District Krueger Family Shamrock Shuffle 5K and 10K races and the kids' 1K fun run will celebrate all things green in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day! Taking place on the Vail Nordic Center trails, the event includes race categories for snowshoes and Yaktrax, as well as a non-prize-eligible running shoe category.

Cocktails & Canvas: Wood Flags

Join us for an evening of woodworking and painting! With instruction and hand tools provided by local woodworker Caleb Eaton, you'll construct your canvas from recycled pallet wood. Then, paint or stain your canvas with the Colorado flag.
