Vail Golf and Nordic Clubhouse Renovation Underway

Golf/Nordic temporary structures have been installed and work is ongoing to connect the utilities and install the access ramps. Excavation for the new sewer service line as well as the new storm sewer pipe is taking place and work on the existing parking lot is now scheduled for Oct. 23. Also, 40 gas-powered carts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Snacks and beverages are available via the starter building. Nordic operations will begin on Nov. 1 with season pass and retail sales in temporary facilities. The contractor is Evans Chaffee Construction Group.
