Join us for the 3rd Annual Town of Minturn Downriver Dash! This whitewater event is for kayakers and R2 raft teams.

Cost: $17/kayak, $24 2-Person Raft if registered by June 12; $23/Kayak, $34 2-Person Raft if registered on day of event.

Cost includes shuttle, raffle prizes and beer at post-race party.

Race starts at the Boneyard Open Space south of town and finishes at the Minturn Saloon. Racers should park at the finish in the Town of Minturn municipal lot adjacent to the Turntable. The VRD will provide shuttles to the start for racers and gear.

*Just Confirmed: We will have eight boats for R2 teams to use. Boats can be up to 12’. Kayaks must be under 9'6". 

Race Day Schedule:
3:30 p.m. - On-site registration, bib pickup and shuttles begins
5:15 p.m. - Safety Talk
5:30 p.m. - Races start
6:30 p.m. - Awards and after-party at Magustos in Minturn
