Cotter, originally from New Jersey has not only coached at the prestigious Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center, but competed internationally and nationally as an Elite gymnast from a young age. Cotter competed as a Level 10 gymnast and won several State and Regional Championships, in addition to the impressive achievement of 2nd place at the 2006 Junior Olympic National Championships. Following these accomplishments, Cotter attended The University of Alabama and Ball State University on a full scholarship as a collegiate gymnast. Cotter's management experience rises greatly from time spent at Ball State Athletics where she created and implemented the BSU Recreational Gymnastics Program, a program that now comprises of over 200 athletes. Having spent the last four years teaching beginner and elite gymnastics at Parkettes in addition to the last year as Head Coach for Vail Gymnastics, Cotter brings a fantastic set of skills as Director of the program.

Oehlerking began her gymnastics career in Chicago and became state champion and state finalist as well as acting captain during her high school years. Oehlerking was also a collegiate gymnast at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh for the first two years and then in the Division 1 Ball State program with Vail Gymnastics Director Julie Cotter for her junior and senior years. Oehlerking coached summer camps with both Universities and then proceeeded to Directorship and Head Coach at the Bismarck Gymnastics Academy.
Born and raised in Bermuda, King was offered a spot to train with the pre junior team at the National Gym Facility and progressed to the Senior National Team at the age of 14. King competed internationally at the elite level, including at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006. From the age of 15, King also represented the Bermuda National Team as Team Captain for three years. After finishing her gymnastics career and switching to collegiate springboard diving at Middlebury College in Vermont, King began coaching at the gymnastics recreational program, and soon moved to coaching the Junior National Team.
