Description: The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool-down techniques are taught. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to camp starting to receive a refund minus a $25 handling fee.
What to bring: Snacks, plenty of water, dress in athletic clothing and footwear. Please label all your belongings.
