2008 Program Policy Information

 

 

Registration Procedure for NEW STUDENTS:

1. Print out ALL the forms below.
2. Read the Program Policy Information page.
3. Fill out completely the Student Registration Form
4. Choose your class(es) from the schedule, and fill out the Student Enrollment form.
5. Include Payment. Any enrollment form that does not include payment will not be processed. Notes like "will bring payment on the 1st day of class" will not be processed. If you do this, and you come to the 1st day of class, you will only be allowed in class if there is still space available.
6. Fax (479-2286) or Mail (700 S. Frontage Rd. East, Vail, 81657) Both your Registration Form, and your Enrollment form. If you fax your forms in, you must use a credit card for your registration to be processed. (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover).

Classses and terms offer continuous enrollment throughout the terms. If you enroll in the middle of a term, you will be prorated. Class Prices for 8 week session:

 

Class prices are per child. Discount is on the same child taking multiple classes.  (Not 2 children taking one class each.)
Any 45 minute Class	$85
Any 60 minute Class	$95
Any 90 minute class (Combo Classes)	$140
Any 2 45 minute Classes	$160
Any 2 60 minute Classes	$180
Drop in Fee for any 1 class	$10
