Vail Gymnastics offers gym rental for Birthday Parties!
Available Saturdays by appointment.
- $125 includes birthday person, and up to 10 guests.
- $5 per guest beyond 10. Maximum of 16 total people. Beyond 16, there is a $125 fee for a second instructor.
- 1 & 1/2 Hours in length. (70 minutes in the gym, and 20 minutes for cake/presents.)
- Invitations are provided with release forms. (Each participant MUST have a release to participate. NO Exceptions!)
- You provide decorations, food, etc.
- Vail Gymnastics provides the instructor, tables, chairs, fridge, freezer, microwave.
- NO alcohol allowed on premises!
- Please print out the request form below, and fax it to 479-2286, or drop it by the gym.
- No requests will be taken over the phone.
- Parties book at least 2 weeks in advance. In the winter months 6 weeks in advance.
- Once you have submitted your request, our office staff will call to confirm with you.
